The "Open with..." application list, which is brought up when
Nautilus tries to open a file without a known mime type, contains
all the programs in the panel menu, in my case fifty entries.
About five of these programs can actually be run with a file argument.
Even ripping out the Games menu reduces the total by only
ten or fifteen entries, and I'm tired of scrolling through them all.

Does anyone know where (in Nautilus?) this menu/container
is built? I've rummaged through the Nautilus and Gnome-vfs
code and found nothing.

Thanks - Will
